Bettina (Yang) Jiang (born in 1984, Liaoning, China) received her two master degrees from Arizona State University and Shanghai Conservatory of Music. She also got a Bachelor degree from Shanghai Conservatory of Music, and studied in Shenyang Conservatory of Music for high school years. Her principle teachers are Dr. James DeMars, Dr. Glenn Hackbarth, Dr. Rodney Rogers, and Dr. Wei Zhang. She is also the recipient of 2nd prize of the 1st National Symposium of Musical Analytics. She is a member of Music Teacher Association of California, International Alliance for Women in Music, and the Society of Composers, Inc.
